• Sharing copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempting to circumvent security measures

4.3 You are solely responsible for:

• All content you create, upload, or share
• Your interactions with other users
• Any consequences resulting from your use of the Service

• Purchased through in-app transactions

• Subject to our sole discretion regarding value and availability
• Non-transferable between accounts

5.1.3 Virtual gifts:

• Represent digital items with no cash value
• May be subject to additional terms for creators
• Are not redeemable for monetary compensation

5.2 VIP Membership Program

5.2.1 VIP membership provides premium benefits including:

• Enhanced video quality options
• Exclusive badges and profile customization
• Priority customer support
• Special virtual gifts and coins bonuses

5.2.2 Subscription Terms:

• Auto-renewing billing cycles (monthly/annually)
• Cancelable at any time through account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes communicated in advance

6. Minor Users Policy

6.1 Age Restriction:
Haii is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6.2 No Collection of Minor Data:

• We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under 18.
• If we become aware that a minor has registered an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

6.3 Parental/Guardian Responsibility:

• Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to Haii should contact us immediately at service@haii.style.
• We will take prompt action to investigate and remove any improperly collected data.

6.4 Consequences of Violation:

• Any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently banned.
• Virtual currency or VIP subscriptions associated with such accounts will not be refunded.

6.5 Reporting Underage Users:
If you encounter a user you suspect is underage, please report them via:

• In-app reporting tools (Profile > Report User)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Haii owns all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Service and all related software
• Branding, logos, and visual elements
• Proprietary algorithms and technology

7.2 You retain ownership of your user-generated content while granting Haii:

• A worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• The right to modify or remove content that violates these Terms

7.3 Restrictions:

• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access to our systems
• No commercial use of Haii content without permission
• No removal of copyright or proprietary notices

8. Termination and Account Deletion

8.1 You may terminate your account at any time through:

• Profile Settings > Account Management > Delete Account
• Confirmation of deletion via email verification

8.2 Haii may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

8.3 Effects of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to premium features
• Forfeiture of unused virtual currency
• Possible retention of certain data as required by law

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimers:

• Provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Not responsible for user-generated content
• Does not provide professional advice

9.2 Limitation of Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haii shall not be liable for:
  - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  - Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  - User interactions or third-party conduct
  - Unauthorized access to or use of your account

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2 Material changes will be communicated through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to registered users
• Updated "Last Updated" date

10.3 Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
